Vansan Pump Experimental Laboratories undertakes to provide quality testing services in the most sensitive way and in the shortest possible time with its testing devices and equipment of the most advanced technology by adhering to the principles of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standards and by constantly following-up the innovations in the sector and to produce valid and reliable technical results and to respond to all quality expectations of the customer, provided that we maintain our independence within the framework of the legislation,

To provide experimental and/or laboratory services by effectively implementing the management system that it has established in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards with the participation of all the employees and by applying nationally and internationally accepted methods and standards,

To maximize the customer satisfaction and to set an example for other laboratories operating in the sector by creating a professional working environment within the quality management system and by interpreting customer satisfaction as the service quality, reliability, worldwide acceptance, fairness and impartiality in relation to the results that our laboratory has produced,

To enforce its laboratory personnel to learn the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and to continually execute their practices in accordance with the quality control documents such as the policies, procedures and instructions,

To comply with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards and to continuously improve the efficiency of management activity, and

To carry out the activities necessary for the adoption and implementation of this quality policy.
